A luxury estate in Stellenbosch is seeking a Sous Chef to work alongside the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen activities. Responsibilities include overseeing the staff, ensuring food quality, and managing stock. Ideal candidates will have a Culinary Diploma and about 4 years of experience in a senior chef role. Opportunities to lead and train a team in an elegant kitchen environment, while ensuring dietary needs are met and maintaining high standards in food preparation and presentation.
