We are looking for a polished, service-driven Waiter to join an award-winning fine dining team in the Cape Winelands. This is an environment where detail matters, presence matters, and every guest interaction is intentional.

This is not casual service. It is refined, anticipatory and precise. Guests arrive expecting excellence — and every touchpoint must reflect that.

As a Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering seamless, personalised service within a structured fine dining environment. You must be confident in menu knowledge, comfortable guiding guests through tasting menus, and able to read the table with emotional intelligence.

You will work closely with chefs, sommeliers and management to ensure every guest experience feels effortless.

• Deliver warm, professional and highly attentive service
• Present menus and explain dishes with confidence and clarity
• Guide guests through tasting menus and beverage pairings
• Maintain strong product and wine knowledge
• Ensure table settings and service standards are immaculate
• Anticipate guest needs and respond discreetly
• Uphold luxury hospitality standards at all times

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a fine dining or luxury restaurant
• Strong food and wine knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional presentation and polished manner
• Calm under pressure with strong attention to detail
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
