Overview

Open Agri (Pty) Ltd is a development house with offices in Stellenbosch and Johannesburg. We focus on building new innovative agricultural technologies. Our base client is a software business based in London called Agrigate One.

Agrigate One is a start-up, agricultural software company building solutions to optimise the value chain, while offering a business-to-business service. Our commerce platform connects buyers and growers with high quality fresh produce, creates visibility along the supply chain, and aggregates all data and communications onto a single platform.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented export Operations Account Manager to join the One Switch team, managing export operations based out of South Africa. This role focuses on optimising the export processes, ensuring smooth logistics, and enhancing customer relationships. As an export Operations Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, supporting supply chain efficiency, and contributing to product development and enhancements for One Switch.

    Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions around receiver and supplier markets.

    Use market research findings to make informed decisions and adapt sales strategies accordingly to grow our clients businesses.

    Assisting grower and buyer clients to enable efficient and effective trade through the Agrigate One and One Switch platform
  • Sales Strategy Development

    Work closely with the Commercial team to develop comprehensive and effective sales strategies to upsell current clients and grow our client base further.
  • Tailored Approaches

    Customise sales strategies to align with the unique requirements of the fresh produce supply chain. This includes but is not limited to the growth of receiving market buyers and sellers.

    Outbound sales strategies growing the use of the One Switch product, enhancing use and increasing carton level return back on farm.
