• Manage international sales across designated Spanish-speaking markets, including Spain, Chile, Central America, and Mexico.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships and key accounts.
• Identify and develop new international business opportunities through direct visits, calls, email, and virtual meetings.
• Act as the key liaison between internal teams, customers, and international sales agents.
• Manage RFQs, customer projects, sales forecasts, pipelines, and repeat orders.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve agreed sales targets.
• Plan and coordinate international sales trips and trade show participation.
• Keep customers informed of new products and product developments.
• Work closely with customer service and internal teams to ensure effective client and project management.

• Fluent in Spanish - speaking, reading, and writing (essential).
• Proven international sales experience outside of Africa.
• Experience selling physical products, preferably within the wine and spirits industry.
• Strong key account management and business development experience.
• Experience working with international sales agents advantageous.
• Strong sales forecasting, pipeline management, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven and able to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and communication skills.
• Flexible and comfortable managing various sales responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally approximately three times per year for 2-3 weeks at a time.
