About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Aircraft Cabin Interior Technician to join their maintenance team in Paarl . This role is crucial for ensuring the comfort, safety, and aesthetic appeal of aircraft cabins. You will be responsible for the repair, refurbishment, and installation of cabin interior components, including seats, galleys, lavatories, overhead bins, and sidewall panels. The ideal candidate possesses strong hands‑on skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship in a timely manner, adhering to strict aviation standards.

• Perform repairs, modifications, and installations of aircraft cabin interior components such as seats, carpets, galleys, and lavatories.
• Inspect cabin interiors for wear and tear, damage, or compliance issues, documenting findings.
• Work with various materials including composites, plastics, fabrics, and metals for repairs and finishes.
• Follow technical drawings, work orders, and manufacturer guidelines meticulously.
• Ensure all work performed meets safety regulations and quality standards for aircraft interiors.

• Proven experience as an Aircraft Interior Technician or in a related refurbishment role.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment for interior repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Experience with materials commonly used in aircraft interiors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
