About the Role

Our client is seeking eager individuals to join their workshop as an Apprentice Mechanic in the vibrant town of Stellenbosch . This apprenticeship provides a structured pathway to becoming a skilled automotive technician, covering all aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair. You will work closely with experienced mechanics, learning diagnostic techniques, repair procedures, and best practices for a wide range of vehicle makes and models.

• Assist senior mechanics with routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.

• Perform repairs and replacements of vehicle components under supervision.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently, adhering to workshop standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools and equipment.
• Develop proficiency in using various automotive tools and machinery.

• A genuine interest in learning automotive mechanics and a passion for cars.
• Completion of N2 in relevant trade theory or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of vehicle systems and mechanical principles.
• Physical ability to perform the tasks required of a mechanic.
