Senior Installation Supervisor

Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Installation Supervisor to lead and manage installation projects for specialized equipment in Stellenbosch, Western Cape . This role is essential for ensuring that all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will oversee a team of installation technicians, coordinate project schedules, liaise with clients, and ensure compliance with all technical specifications and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, extensive technical knowledge in installation processes, and a proven track record of successfully managing field operations.

• Supervise and direct daily activities of the installation team, providing technical guidance and task assignment.
• Plan and schedule installation projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation and timely completion.
• Conduct site inspections to assess project requirements, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee the safe handling, installation, and testing of all equipment and components.
• Ensure accurate completion and submission of all project documentation, including reports and checklists.
• Train and mentor junior installation technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

• A relevant technical qualification or extensive practical experience in installation and supervision.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing installation projects , preferably in a technical or industrial setting.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of installation best practices, safety procedures, and quality control standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Stellenbosch area.
