Your role will include managing reception, coordinating HR emails, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Reporting to the Director of Associate Experience, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive work environment for Associates. With a focus on organization and communication, you will utilize your 1-2 years of administrative experience to ensure efficient operations within the Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide reception services at the Thornhill office
• Administer support tasks for the HR and Office Services teams
• Respond to inquiries in the HR email inbox and prioritize them
• Help coordinate HR programs and special events
Requirements:
• Education from a college or university
• 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Teams and Excel
• Strong professional communication and relationship skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking ability
