As a crucial part of the finance team, the Payroll Operations Officer facilitates payroll processes and oversees critical payroll functions and reporting. Applicants should have at least three years of hands-on payroll experience, preferably in healthcare, along with a college diploma or certification from the Canadian Payroll Association. A meticulous approach to data accuracy and system management is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain complete and accurate employee master files
• Conduct payroll calculations and distribution of payments
• Prepare payroll reports and statistical information
• Ensure timely submission of deductions to accounting
• Participate in departmental committees as required
Requirements:
• College Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent certification
• Three years of payroll experience in healthcare
