Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Treasury Associate to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on preparing and processing documents for opening and closing bank accounts, managing bank signatory designations, handling bank AML reviews, and administering user access controls across corporate banks and Treasury Management Systems (TMS). The position also supports daily cash‑management operations, bank reconciliations, and collaboration with Treasury, Brokerage Operations, and Finance teams.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process all documentation required for opening and closing bank accounts domestically and internationally.
  • Maintain accurate, highly organized records for all corporate entities and signing authorities.
  • Complete bank account opening packages, gather required documentation, and obtain necessary corporate signatures.
  • Conduct general banking administrative functions in support of Treasury, Brokerage Operations, and Finance teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Kyriba operations, assisting with tool maintenance, routine troubleshooting, and system feature maximization.
  • Administer user access and permission configurations across corporate banking platforms and TMS.
  • Manage bank signatory designations to ensure appropriate authorization levels and compliance with internal controls.
  • Respond promptly to bank AML reviews.
  • Assist the Cash Management team with daily wires, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments.
  • Process and review incoming and outgoing payments in various currencies, including bill payments, deposits, wires, and EFTs.
  • Execute daily cash transfers and wires as required.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations, matching statements against the GL and reconciling control accounts.
  • Complete manual journal entries for daily funds movements.
  • Identify, investigate, and proactively resolve bank balance variances.
  • Support the Treasury team on ad‑hoc projects, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
  • Perform administrative functions, including maintaining and writing policies and procedures.
  • Monitor, respond to, and resolve client cases and queries via the INH pod.
  • Collaborate effectively with Legal, Compliance, Risk, AML, Tax, and Finance teams to resolve operational or regulatory banking challenges.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the financial services or brokerage industry with a strong background in bank account management, banking operations, or finance.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Legal, AML, Tax, and Finance.
  • Independent worker and analytical thinker with strong research, data analysis, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of banking operations, products, services, and relevant regulations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks while managing confidential information and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy under pressure.
  • Well‑developed computer skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable communicating with technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Highly motivated, proactive individual with strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
