Position: Campus Manager for Faith Based Recovery
Lead the residential program as Campus Manager at Adult & Teen Challenge BC in Lake Country, British Columbia. Oversee staff, enhance student care, and ensure smooth operations within a Christ-centered framework.

This leadership role demands direct oversight of daily operations, staff mentoring, and program integrity in alignment with ATCBC's mission. As Campus Manager, you will engage with team members, manage community outreach, and ensure uplifting and safe environments for students in recovery. Transform lives through dedicated service and exemplary management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor staff and volunteers

• Coordinate team schedules and lead meetings

• Ensure staff training and performance evaluations

• Manage daily residential program operations

• Oversee quality of student programs and records

Requirements:

• Spirit-led, born-again believer

• Experience in addiction recovery or related fields

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Willingness to learn and be teachable

• Criminal record check including vulnerable sector
