As the National Sales Leader, you'll develop and implement a national sales strategy to meet business objectives set by FCT's Chief Revenue Officer. You’ll oversee a team of sales professionals, focusing on client satisfaction and strategic account growth. Collaborating across departments, you'll align sales initiatives with corporate priorities for maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute national commercial sales strategy and drive growth
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team
• Build relationships with key executive clients
• Establish strategic partnerships in the industry
• Ensure client-centric approach for increased retention
Requirements:
• 10+ years in real estate or financial services
• Proven track record in sales leadership
• Deep understanding of commercial transactions and underwriting
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field
