As a Territory Manager, you will develop and implement a growth plan for Pioneer products across the North Central Alberta territory. This role requires strong sales leadership and a knack for building customer relationships. You’ll coach and develop high-performing Pioneer Sales Agencies while managing sales targets and discounts to drive the best outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design a comprehensive five-year growth strategy for the territory
• Recruit and retain high-performing Pioneer Sales Agencies
• Manage customer assignments for sustainable growth
• Coach Pioneer Agents on effective sales practices
• Communicate consistently with peers and agency leaders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field
• 5-7 years of proven sales leadership experience
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Strong agronomic and market knowledge
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
