The College of the North Atlantic is committed to finding a qualified Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician or Truck and Transport Mechanic. In this role, your daily tasks will include vehicle maintenance, troubleshooting complex systems, and maintaining accurate inspection records. You'll be integral to ensuring the machines operate at optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose complex mechanical issues in various vehicles

• Complete routine servicing and inspections on equipment

• Maintain organized records of repairs and services performed

• Manage and order parts, monitoring inventory levels

• Comply with safety standards and ongoing learning

Requirements:

• Red Seal certification as a Heavy Equipment Technician

• Experience in diagnosing and repairing vehicles

• Strong mechanical system knowledge

• Capable of working independently with little oversight

• Valid driver’s license is mandatory
