Payroll Clerk – Stephenville, TX
This position performs technical accounting functions that involve recording, classifying, and analyzing financial transaction of Trust Fund individual's accounts. Responsible for posting receipts and disbursements, as well as, daily reconciliation of the trust fund system. Will prepare monthly reports and statements, audit trust fund transactions for accuracy and completion. Monitors client budgets/finances. Types checks, correspondence, and other related accounting paperwork.
Must be proficient in Excel and Word with analytical skills. Detail-oriented with strong communication skills and ability to follow complex processes. Must be able to multi-task and practice sound judgment. Three years’ experience in clerical work of business related field. Prefer one years’ experience in Trust Fund Accounting/Bookkeeping or related work.
Position RequirementsExperience working with data/financial systems a plus. College degree also a plus. Can-do attitude and cordial personality required for busy team environment.
