Advisor Services Associate

As an Advisor Services Associate, you'll be the operational backbone of our wholesale distribution channel. You'll own the administrative and operational workflows that keep our advisor relationships running smoothly - from onboarding paperwork through ongoing communications and recordkeeping. This is a hands-on, in-office role in Stephenville where your work directly supports the leadership team every day.

This is a high-ownership role at a boutique firm. You won't be one of fifty people doing a narrow task. You'll matter, and your work will show. The person who succeeds in this role will grow into running advisor services for the firm.

• Manage advisor onboarding paperwork and document workflows
• Maintain organized advisor and client files, records, and CRM data
• Serve as a key point of contact for advisor inquiries and document requests
• Support compliance and regulatory documentation processes
• Coordinate internally on distribution and reporting workflows
• Handle day-to-day administrative functions that keep a fast-moving firm on track
• Plan, book, and coordinate events and travel for executives, advisors, and their guests
• Help build and improve operational systems as the firm scales

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in business, finance, accounting, communications, or ag business
• 0-3 years of professional experience. Recent graduates with strong internship or work history are encouraged to apply. Prior exposure to banking, title, insurance, real estate, or financial services is a plus, not a requirement.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of being the person others rely on
• Trustworthy, discreet, and professional - you'll be handling sensitive client and advisor information
• Strong written communication and comfortable interacting with financial professionals, vendors, and clients
• A self-starter who takes ownership and figures things out
• Proficiency with common office and document management tools
• Ties to the Erath County area and a desire to build a career here long-term

Experience in alternative investments or private placements is a plus, but not required - we'll teach you what you need to know.

Base salary of $41,600-$52,000, depending on experience, with an annual discretionary bonus tied to firm and individual performance. We also offer health insurance, a retirement plan with company match, and paid time off. This is a full-time, salaried position in our Stephenville office. Your compensation will grow with the role: as you take on more responsibility, your pay will reflect the firm's trust and reliance on you.
