Bruner Motors Inc is seeking a skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our team in Stephenville, TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and maintenance, strong diagnostic skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship. As a Master Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are serviced efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
  • Conduct routine maintenance services including oil changes, brake repairs, and tune-ups
  • Maintain accurate records of all services performed
  • Collaborate with service advisors and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Master Technician or similar role in automotive repair
  • Extensive knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, engine diagnostics, and repair procedures
  • ASE certification or equivalent preferred
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Current Stellantis Certification or the aptitude to master the Stellantis Electrical Assessment
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift loads in excess of 50 lbs for long periods of time
