Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the first contact with our customers. They must provide exceptional customer service, maintain an enthusiastic attitude, and assist customers through the ordering process. CSRs work mainly on weekends and evenings and may take part in in‑store duties and pizza delivery operations. Schedules are flexible to fit part‑time or after‑school work patterns. This role offers opportunities to learn the in‑store side of the business and, eventually, advance to management through Domino’s Management Development Program.

Requirements:
Minimum 16 years of age, excellent communication skills, some computer experience is helpful, ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment. Domino’s is a drug‑free workplace and conducts drug testing for all employees.

Operate all equipment; stock ingredients and restock; prepare product; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete associated paperwork; clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Provide proper orientation and training as required. Maintain accurate math and monetary calculations; handle verbal, written, and telephone orders. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.

Communication skills: understand and give correct written instructions, communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Essential skills: basic math, knowledge of monetary change, telephone skills, motor coordination, and ability to enter orders using a computer or touchscreen.

• Stand for most tasks; walk for short distances.
• Lift up to 50 pounds; handle cases of ingredients at times.
• Work on floors, in walk‑in cooler, and in areas with temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F or higher.
• Exposure to hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, and food odors.
• Perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, and work under stress.
