Hotel & Events Sales Manager

We have created an extraordinary destination, an opportunity to lean into the nostalgia of the Interstate Inn while captivating and exciting guests with the redesign and the amazing restaurant and meeting space at The Seeker. We need a sales manager who can sell events and guest rooms, attract and book groups, help create BEOs, and define ways to maximize the business of the hotel and restaurant.

There are a number of demand drivers to Stephenville, TX, but we also want someone who will create the demand based on the amenities of the property.

You'll be part of developing our sales strategy and goals, collaborating with the Food and Beverage managers, and ensuring that we create new and recurring business from various hotel sectors. Our ideal candidate is a leader, innovator, and hard worker who brings 5+ years of sales experience to the role.

Compensation negotiable + commission
