• Operate fabricating machines such as cutoff saws, shears, rolls, brakes, presses, forming machines, spinning machines, and punch
• Use machinery to cut, shape, and bend metal plates, sheets, tubes, and structures
• Read job specifications to determine if adjustments are needed
• Position stops or guides to specified lengths as indicated by scale, rule, or template

As a Machine Operator, you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations. The Machine Operator supports manufacturing success by operating production equipment according to established safety and quality standards.
