Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, work instructions, and written specifications.
- Basic math and measurement skills required.
Experience Requirements:
- 1-2 years of assembly, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience preferred.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
- Ability to follow detailed assembly procedures and quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical Capabilities:
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and productivity.
Job Duties:
- Assemble products according to customer specifications, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Create and follow assembly plans using technical documents and prior experience.
- Verify components and finished products meet quality standards.
- Use hand tools and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production requirements and potential issues.
- Support production goals while ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
