Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, work instructions, and written specifications.
• Basic math and measurement skills required.

Experience Requirements:

• 1-2 years of assembly, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Ability to follow detailed assembly procedures and quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Physical Capabilities:

• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and productivity.

Job Duties:

• Assemble products according to customer specifications, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Create and follow assembly plans using technical documents and prior experience.
• Verify components and finished products meet quality standards.
• Use hand tools and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production requirements and potential issues.
• Support production goals while ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
