• Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts when the Store Operations Manager (GM) is not present.
• Supervise, train, and coach 2-5 team members engaged in cookie sales and customer deliveries.
• Lead onboarding and initial training of new hourly staff.
• Conduct initial interviews for potential new hires (Cookie Crew, Shift Leaders, and Delivery Drivers) in the manager's absence.
• Support Store Operations Manager with ordering, inventory control, and scheduling.
• Ensure staff adherence to Insomnia Cookies' standards (baking, uniform, policies, etc.).
• Promote upselling and ensure overall customer service excellence, with all team members contributing to the customer experience.

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within a restaurant or retail store.
• Experience conducting in-person interviews for hourly support staff.
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Word, and our Applicant Tracking System.
• Ability to work a 4-5 day work week, including 1-2 mid-to-late shifts (Thurs-Sun).
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible for employment in the United States.
