Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong market presence.
Set clear sales objectives, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and performance reviews.
Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
Manage the sales pipeline and forecast future sales accurately.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service techniques.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans.
Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
