Applicants must have a valid driver's license. A Texas driver's license is required; residents must obtain a Texas license within 90 days of moving to the state.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Know and actively demonstrate the Company Mission Statement and Core Values daily.
- Maintain uniform standard for all worked hours.
- Maintain a clear driving record and safe driving practices.
- Keep vehicle neat and orderly.
- Move supplies and equipment to optimize storage space in the delivery vehicle.
- Receive and verify contents of all shipments to be delivered.
- Make notes on invoices for variances and damaged products.
- Return damaged products and TABC tax stamps.
- Maintain a driver route sheet after every stop.
- Comply with standardized filing system for store‑to‑store transfer paperwork and pick‑ups.
- Assist in unloading as needed.
- Receive payment for deliveries and verify amounts accurately.
- Inform manager of inventory issues or discrepancies with invoices.
- Provide feedback to management regarding delivery vans and box trucks.
- Execute management directives efficiently.
- Work with care and attention to detail.
- Practice teamwork and cooperation.
- Create and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
- Deliver superb customer service.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Handle stress in a fast‑paced environment.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA requirements.
- Communicate with team members and guests; interpret invoices, product information, payment methods, and signage.
- Operate industrial machines to move full pallets up to 2,400 pounds.
- Complete additional projects or duties assigned by management.
- Maintain attendance and timeliness; this position is not remote.
- At least 1–2 years of driving experience.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions or memos.
- Strong verbal communication with coworkers and guests.
- Bilingual language skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals).
- Responsible, reliable, and committed to providing excellent service; patience, friendliness, and an outgoing personality.
- Self‑starter with a strong work ethic and ability to complete assignments on time.
- Valid Class
C Driver’s License. - Over 21 years of age.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, use hands and fingers, reach, climb or balance, talk, and hear.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50pounds regularly and up to 100pounds occasionally with proper tools.
- Capability to operate industrial machines to move pallets up to 2,400pounds.
Full Time: 40hours per week. Must be available to work any shift on Friday or Saturday and 80% or more of all other shifts each week.
Part Time:
Up to 25hours per week.
This role involves frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and operating heavy equipment in all types of weather. Moderate to loud noise levels are common.
