$9 hourly pay. Drivers can average over $20 per hour with mileage and tips.

We are looking for qualified drivers to be part of our team. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth within Domino’s Pizza.

• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license (minimum one year) with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Provide an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Possess navigational skills to read a map, use GPS, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings.
• Maintain an outstanding attitude toward customer service, possess basic math skills, and enjoy working in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Comply with a drug‑free workplace policy and pass a drug test.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily; training, orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.
• Communication skills: comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Mathematical abilities: add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; give correct monetary change.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas.
• Sudden changes in temperature while working inside and outside.
• Fumes from food odors and exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Standing:
Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Walking:
For short distances and durations. Surfaces:
Ceramic tile or “bricks” in some areas. Height of work surfaces 36”–48”. Sitting:
Paperwork normally completed at a desk or table. Lifting:
Bulk product deliveries (up to 50 lb) are unloaded by hand truck. Carrying:
Items up to 50 lb and dimensions up to 3′ × 1.5′. Pushing/Pulling:
Trays of pizza dough (≈12 lb) carried three at a time; pushing a dolly (~30 lb)

• Stooping/Bending:
  Forward bending at waist necessary at pizza assembly station.
• Crouching/Squatting:
  Occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reaching:
  Above 72″ occasionally; below 72″ frequently.
• Hand Tasks:
  Eye‑hand coordination continuous; frequent use of forearms and wrists; grasp operations with pizza peel, cutter, boxes.

• Deliver product by car to customers.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers; perform errands.

• Navigational skills to read map, locate addresses, navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
