Accounts Payable​/ Payroll Coordinator

Pomeroy Living is seeking an Accounts Payable/Payroll Coordinator to support our senior living communities. This role processes vendor invoices, matches POs, reconciles statements, and ensures timely, accurate payments. You will prepare and verify bi-weekly payroll, maintain employee records, and handle deductions and benefits entries. The coordinator assists with month-end closing, reporting, and audits while maintaining confidentiality and compliance. This position partners with community leaders and HR to resolve discrepancies and provide excellent internal customer service in a resident-focused environment.
