Responsibilities
  • Assisting the Project Manager in the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Managing and monitoring project costs to ensure budget compliance, including forecasting, tracking, and controlling costs.
  • Reviewing and managing contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met and that any potential risks are identified and mitigated.
  • Negotiating with suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure the best possible terms for our projects.
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with team members and stakeholders to ensure that all activities are on track.
  • Ensuring construction safety by implementing and monitoring safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections, and providing safety training to team members.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, ensuring that all construction activities align with the design specifications.
  • Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • A solid understanding of RFIs, quality control, change orders, submittals, cost control, contract management, negotiation, planning, scheduling, construction safety, and blueprint reading.
