INC'D in Oakland County, MI seeks a General Manager to own the P&L for the location and directly manage five department heads across Mitigation, Contents, Reconstruction, Accounting, and Audit. You will report to the owner/operator and be the senior on-site presence five days a week.
The role requires hands-on leadership in mitigation and reconstruction, IICRC certifications, and a proven turnaround track record. Relocation to the Detroit area is expected for the right candidate.
