Colliers is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Estimator to support our Enterprise Project Management team for a large multinational client. You will act as the subject matter expert on cost estimation, guiding project managers and the real estate team across pre- and post-contract phases.
You will develop cost-management processes, establish realistic budgets, identify risks, and collaborate with PMs to ensure projects remain on time and within budget. International experience is essential.
