A company is looking for a Support Specialist who will deliver exceptional service through efficient scheduling and communication.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound phone calls from clients, families, and internal team members
- Document and communicate schedule changes, cancellations, and reschedule requests accurately
- Assist the clinical team with timestamp requests and general scheduling inquiries while maintaining a high level of customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer service role or call center environment
- Familiarity with scheduling and documentation processes
- Ability to follow established procedures and maintain compliance with policies
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
