Position: Customer Service Representative (10:30 am to 7:00 pm EST Shift)

Work Schedule

Remote, hybrid, or onsite availability. Shift: 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST, Monday to Friday. Overtime required as needed.

Work Flexibility

Remote – the majority or 100% of time may be performed from an alternate workplace. Hybrid – regular work both in an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Field‑based – regular work at customer facilities with travel within a set boundary. Onsite – the role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements.

These roles could have travel expectations; you must work within the country of the job requisition location.

What You Will Do
  • Provide phone and email support for inquiries from sales, internal partners, and customers in alignment with department goals of efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Answer incoming requests through a multichannel system which includes but is not limited to order entry, order status verification, tracking and processing return orders.
  • Consistently maintain all record‑keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications, and follow standardized process to ensure high quality for all orders.
  • Understand, interpret, and explain detailed information of processes and procedures.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in responding to new and rapidly changing situations and environment.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of how decisions impact internal partners, customers, and sales representatives.
  • Provide support beyond standard hours (including month/quarter/year ends, weekends, and holidays), as needed.
  • Process shipping complaints and enter issues into the complaint system.
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude in the business environment.
What You Need
  • Required:

    HS diploma or equivalent.
  • Required:

    2+ years relevant experience.
  • Required:

    Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support the business needs.
  • Preferred:
    Bachelor's Degree.
  • Preferred:
    System experience (SAP, SFDC, Genesys, PowerBI).
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated effective organizational skills.
  • United States of America (must be a U.S. employee).
Pay Ranges

USN: $21.28 – $26.78 USD hourly | US5: $22.35 – $28.12 USD hourly | US10: $23.41 – $29.46 USD hourly | US15: $24.48 – $30.80 USD hourly | US20: $25.54 – $32.14 USD hourly | US30: $27.67 – $34.82 USD hourly. View the U.S. work location and transparency guide to find the pay range for your location.
