As a Customer Relations Representative
- State Farm Agent Team Member, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in customer service (preferred).
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation: $52,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
