Universal Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle daily customer inquiries, order entry, and issue resolution. You will communicate with customers about orders, deliveries and questions, and coordinate with teammates as needed.
The position is full-time with benefits and a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule. Strong MS Office skills and excellent communication are required.
