Ideal candidate:- Previous dental front desk experience
- Strong knowledge of Dentrix
- Experience with dental insurance, eligibility, benefits & claims
- Comfortable with treatment estimates and patient financial discussions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
- Team player with a positive attitude
Dental experience is required. Experience with Dentrix and dental insurance is especially preferred.
