Position Accountabilities and Essential Functions
The successful candidate must demonstrate experience, skills, and commitment to fostering an environment of belonging, diversity, equity and inclusion.
An adjunct Instructor is needed to lead interactive and engaging entrepreneurial courses. The instructor should have both academic and practical experience guiding students through real-world entrepreneurial concepts and equipping them with the tools to spot opportunity, determine feasibility, start and grow businesses. Knowledge of topics including entrepreneurial mindset, opportunity analysis, and lean canvas models is important.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship or related business area
- Business start-up experience or two years’ work experience at a significant professional level in a business setting
- Ability to teach during the day (8:00am – 5:00pm) and evenings (6:00pm – 9:00pm)
- Masters Degree
- Ability to teach in a variety of formats including online
- At least one year of teaching experience
