Salary:At the appropriate step on the Teachers’ Salary Schedule
- Must meet all credential requirements of the MDE and granting authority
- Must have a valid MI Teaching certificate with a ZA or ZS endorsement OR a B-K or PK-3 band.
- Current Child/Adult CPR certification and current certification in Standard First Aid
- Demonstrated aptitude for work to be performed
- Complete and pass a fitness for duty physical
- Ability to withstand the strain of the position
- Strong interpersonal skills required
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Director may find appropriate and acceptable
Reports to: Learning Ladder Director
This position is classified as Exempt
Employment is contingent upon disclosure in accordance with PA-189.
Ability to withstand the strains and successfully manage the responsibilities of the position.
Must demonstrate reliability and punctuality, with a strong record of consistent attendance. Regular and dependable presence during school hours is essential.
All staff members are expected to maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward one another at all times.
