Description:

The district isseekingahighly motivatedindividualto serve asaCTEAutomotive Mechanicsinstructor.

Qualifications:

• Possess a validCTEMichigan teaching certificatewhich allows the holder to instruct courses under CIP code 47.0604 OR
• 4000 industry related hours inthe automotive industry and bewilling to enroll in,and complete,a CTE program ofworkleading to endorsement.

Additional Endorsement Preferred
:
Valid Michigan teaching certificate with an Industrial Technology (IX) or (TE) endorsement ASE Automotive Certified

• Successful prior experienceutilizingtechnology to deliver engaging instruction.
• Successful experience working with/instructing secondary students preferred
• Applicants mustpossessstrong interpersonal skills anda strong desiretopromote student success.
