Qualifications:

• Valid KH endorsement and Valid Michigan CTE teaching certificate or the ability to obtain an annual career authorization (requires 4,000 hours of industry experience). CTE Educational General cip code 13.0000

• Valid Michigan teaching certificate
  - KH - Family & Consumer Sciences endorsement with 5 years successful teaching experience.

Description:

• Provide high quality instruction at the secondary level that supports and aligns to the district's educational vision and mission.
• Facilitate an environment that fosters the learning of all students.
• Depending on credentials, this may be a split building position.
• Remain knowledgeable of educational standards and strategies to meet the academic, developmental and social emotional needs of students.
• Assess and modify instructional practice leading toward increased student achievement.
• Utilize educational technology to support student’s instruction and learning.
• Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with students, peers, parents and community.
