Electrical Preconstruction | Commercial & Industrial

White Light Electric is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator / Preconstruction Manager to support our continued growth in commercial and light industrial work.

This role is focused on accurate estimating, strong scope development, and early coordination that supports successful project execution.

• Preparing detailed electrical estimates for commercial and light industrial projects
• Utilizing Trimble Accubid for takeoffs, pricing, and estimate development
• Developing clear scopes of work and bid clarifications
• Participating in preconstruction coordination with general contractors and project teams
• Identifying potential risk, constructability considerations, and value opportunities
• Supporting a smooth transition from estimating to project management

• Senior-level estimating background in a non-union environment
• Proficiency with Trimble Accubid estimating software
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and specifications
• Practical field awareness and code knowledge
• Ability to communicate pricing and scope clearly and professionally
