Requisition :
Duties- Lead the Abrams Futures programs for US Manufacturing from early design through build phases, acting as the primary interface between US Manufacturing, the Program Office, and the customer.
- Keep M&CS leadership and Program Office management informed on readiness for all program aspects.
- Develop and maintain IMS as directed by contract requirements.
- Monitor contract requirements assigned to Manufacturing and allocate them to production plants, ensuring the team meets headcount and work completion targets.
- Develop and foster a cohesive team environment between prototype and production teams.
- Head of EBOM development, Make/Buy input, ERP execution, MBOM development, and material procurement.
- Direct the establishment and management of prototype MBOM and detailed Build Tasks (BOP) in Team Center.
- Drive material requests for long‑lead items to mitigate program risk.
- Track material status and address late‑to‑need issues with plant and SCM leads.
- Manage and track plant readiness for prototype builds.
