• Design and develop FPGA architectures for video processing, control systems, and hardware interfaces.
• Collaborate with systems, software, and hardware teams to translate requirements into implementable FPGA designs.
• Develop, decompose, and manage design requirements into structured work packages.
• Implement designs using Xilinx IP cores and third‑party IP, and develop custom IP using VHDL/Verilog.
• Perform timing analysis and closure, including constraint development.
• Debug and validate designs through simulation and lab‑based hardware testing.
• Support and maintain legacy FPGA and CPLD designs.
• Utilize revision control (Git) and issue tracking tools (Jira) for design collaboration and lifecycle management.

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 5–10 years of FPGA design experience.
• Experience with Xilinx FPGA platforms and tool chains (Vivado, ISE, SDK, Vitis).
• Experience developing with VHDL and/or Verilog.
• Experience with SoC FPGA architectures (e.g., Zynq Ultra Scale+ MPSoC, ARM processors, PS‑PL interfacing).
• Experience with high‑speed and embedded communication protocols: PCIe, USB, Ethernet, DDR, I2C, SPI, CAN.
• Experience with video interfaces such as LVDS and HDMI.
• Experience supporting Xilinx CPLDs (legacy systems).
• Familiarity with Git (or equivalent) and Jira (or similar tools).
• Basic understanding of electrical circuits and hardware integration.
