Business Process Engineer

• Map and enhance business processes across departments such as IT, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Create visual process maps and flowcharts to clarify roles, responsibilities, and data flow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze process information and requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and implement efficient solutions.
• Facilitate training and support for staff on new processes and procedures.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented processes and make necessary adjustments.
• Act as a subject matter expert in transitioning to a fully integrated digital environment.

• Proven experience in business process mapping and modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team‑oriented environment.

• Familiarity with business process management principles and best practices.
• Experience with digitalization mapping tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and metrics.
• Background in engineering or manufacturing environments.
