Business Process Mapping Engineer

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.
US Citizenship Required.

The ideal candidate for a Process Mapping Engineer role should have a strong background in engineering, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. They should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map business processes both within and across multiple cross functional departments including engineering, finance, manufacturing and supply chain.
• Creating process maps and flowcharts to help visualize and understand the process including activities, roles and responsibilities, data and tool/software usage.
• Collaborating with various business units, stakeholders, and team members to gather process information and requirements
• Assessing existing business processes and drive process improvements by identifying areas for waste, redundancy or lack of clarification.
• Designing efficient and effective business processes that meet the business needs and objectives
• Assist in the successful deployment of the process changes to the business including communication, training and after deployment feedback.
• Training and guiding staff members on new processes and procedures
• Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of new processes and making adjustments as necessary
• Maintain process models in a configuration control environment.
• Act as a subject matter expert in helping to move business from a digital process environment to digitalizing all of business processes together within a enterprise-wide integrated state.
• Ensuring all business processes comply with industry regulations and standards
Excellent oral and written communications.
• Our ideal candidates are familiar with business process modeling techniques and have hands-on experience with process improvement projects.
• Proven work experience as a Business Process Engineer or similar role
• Experience with business process mapping and modeling
• Knowledge of business process management principles and best practices
* Process gap identification and process flow optimization recommendation experience
• Proven experience mapping process to roles and responsibilities to tools to data flow
• Experience using digitalization mapping tools such as Prime BPM
• Experience leading Kaizen events
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing or relevant equivalent field
