Position
Description:
- Client is seeking an experienced Principal Maintainability, RAM, or Logistics Engineer.
- This person will report to our Sterling Heights, MI facility on Van Dyke Ave. In this role, the Engineer must be able to:
Perform maintenance task analysis, defining maintenance task steps, equipment, tools, times and personnel requirements. - Perform Level of Repair Analysis.
- Perform Reliability Centered Maintenance.
- Calculate Maintenance Ratio, Mean Time To Repair and Max Time To Repair.
- Understand and document the effects and engineering change has on Maintainability and Logistics aspects of a program such as time to repair, spares requirements, tools, personnel, etc.
- Recommend changes to designs based on analysis performed to improve the supportability and life cycle cost of the system.
- Develop and writing technical documentation, makes revisions to existing documentation and provides input to technical papers or presentations.
- Have significant Slicwave experience
- Perform the following without training: a) Level of Repair Analysis b) Maintenance Task Analysis c) Reliability Centered Maintenance.
- A minimum of 10 years in Maintainability, RAM, or Logistics Engineering
