Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage system requirements throughout their lifecycle.

* Utilize model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools to define system architectures.

* Identify program requirements, track performance metrics, and manage the systems engineering process.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of systems engineering efforts.

* Perform requirements verification and compliance assessments to support major design reviews.

Qualifications

* BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2

* 5+ years of relevant systems engineering experience, with demonstrated weapons and defense platform knowledge

* Experience implementing open systems standards, MOSA, WOSA, GCIA, across diverse platforms (ground, air, maritime, space, or joint systems).

* Proficiency with MBSE tools and methodologies (e.g., Cameo, SAM, Rhapsody, SysML, UPDM/UAF).

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.

* Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
