Seeking an Engineering Project Manager (EPM) to lead technical delivery, cost, and schedule for the RSGS Trophy Program
, supporting advanced vehicle protection / countermeasure systems (tank defense system integration).
This role is highly engineering-focused — not a traditional program manager.
Key Responsibilities- Own technical performance, cost, and schedule across engineering deliverables
- Drive program planning, tracking, and reporting (milestones, risks, cost)
- Interface with customer + internal engineering teams
- Coordinate across systems, software, and hardware teams
- Ensure execution aligns with contract + technical requirements
- Experience supporting technical design or development programs
Vehicles preferred (tanks, aircraft, defense systems) - Strong understanding of:
- Experience with:
- Earned Value / EVMS
- Design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR)
- Defense / DoD exposure
- Defense acquisition knowledge
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
