Overview
Step into the role customers already expect you to play: the expert
You’ve walked into plants where the toughest problems were waiting—and you walked out with a solution and a grateful customer. At TARUS, a builder of large CNC machines, we’re looking for that same caliber of senior, independent professional to be our on‑site authority from day one. You’ll lead complex interventions, mentor the service team with hard‑won knowledge, and act as a trusted technical advisor to our clients.
Whata week might look like
On Monday, you’re at a key account leading a planned maintenance review to keep a large‑format machine at peak performance. Mid‑week, you dive into advanced diagnostics on a Siemens 840D / SINUMERIK ONE or Heidenhain control, isolating an elusive electrical fault. By Friday, you’ve documented your findings, updated the team’s knowledge base, and debriefed the customer with clear next steps—earning their confidence for the long term.
