Configuration Analyst

Responsibilities

• Join a team responsible for the upfront analysis of internal and external problem reports related to the design, development, and production of complex systems in a defense environment.
• Monitor your assigned program(s) items to ensure that they move through both the system and process accordingly.
• Attend all required program meetings and (if needed) assist in the facilitation of Review Board meetings.
• Support assigned program(s) by supplying any reports needed for system accuracy or audit reasons.
• Address any questions from system users on workflow processes and correct issues within PLM system.
• Engage in team projects and system improvements when necessary.

• Good computer skills with MS Office suite to prepare appropriate metrics, reports, and documents.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Attention to detail, ability to prioritize workload and multi-task.
• Troubleshoot issues within the Change Management Process and program-supported workflows.

Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or Systems Engineering, or similar. 4+ Years with HS 2+ Years with AA 0+ Year with BS
