• Create and engineer control architectures tailored for diverse production workflows.
• Work alongside various departments to pinpoint and rectify challenges within control systems.
• Configure and code PLCs, HMIs, and related automation hardware.
• Perform comprehensive system evaluations to help maintain peak operational efficiency.
• Offer technical guidance and diagnostic assistance for current control infrastructure.
• Maintain thorough records of system specifications, design layouts, and operational protocols.
• Keep pace with the latest advancements and technological shifts within the field of control engineering.

• A Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated professional history in controls engineering, ideally within a factory setting.
• Deep expertise in designing control systems and writing PLC code.
• Working knowledge of industrial communication standards and HMI applications.
• Strong analytical capabilities to help ensure high-quality outcomes and precise execution.
• A collaborative mindset that fosters effective teamwork and project success.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities to facilitate clear information exchange.
