We're looking for a experienced, detail-oriented and dependable Biller/Coster to support our administrative team and ensure accurate, timely processing of all vehicle deals. The ideal candidate is organized, familiar with dealership paperwork and compliance requirements, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Process car deals and dealership accounting functions
• Balance debits and credits for calculations on deals
• Verify schedules to ensure all transactions are submitted and processed in a timely manner
• Work with sales department to obtain or correct all required documents

• Ability to manage a high level of discretion and confidentiality
• Experience using Microsoft Excel in a business setting
• Time management skills to complete job duties within a tight time schedule
• Working knowledge of PC operation and applications
• Dealership and/or automotive experience is required
